Electromagnetic simulation of Spiral Inductor with Triangular Coil Section

This model represents a micro-scale spiral inductor with triangular coil section, used for LC bandpass filters in micro electromechanical systems. In this model the self-inductance of the micro inductor is calculated. Figure shows the electric potential in the inductor and the magnetic flux stream lines. The color of the stream lines represents the magnitude of the magnetic flux. This magnetic flux is high in the centre of the inductor.
